On this tour, at 1:50 p.m. approx. pick up passengers from their hotels in the city center of Puno to board the bus at 2:15 p.m. Departure to the archaeological site of Sillustani, which is still a magical place, from where it takes 45 minutes. In the place, a walk of 30 minutes approx. Until you reach the chullpas where the guide will give us explanations of different funerary towers from the Pre-Inca and Inca cultures.
These Sillustani funerary towers have inverted and squared cone shapes. The most important of them is known as; “Lizard Chullpas”, which has a height of 12 meters and a circumference of 7 meters, is the most attractive representative of the Chullpas de Sillustani.
We will also enjoy the beauty of the “Umayo lagoon” located near the chullpas. If the group wants, on the way to Puno, you can visit a country house, the life of the Andean pueblos, from where we can see more closely the llamas, alpacas, guanacos and cuyes, etc., and then we return to the city of Puno , Arriving at 5:30 at 6 pm.
