The Uros are an ethnic group that predates the Incas, they are also called pueblo del lago, located 25 minutes from the city of Puno, they are a set of artificial islands based on totora, an aquatic plant that grows on the surface of Lake Titicaca. altitude of 3,812 meters above sea level.
